LifeCourse Associates and Chubb Agency Education Create Partnership to Improve Independent Agency and Broker Sales
LifeCourse Associates and Chubb Agency Education, a division of Chubb Group of Insurance Companies, have reached an agreement to provide over 1,200 independent insurance agents and brokers with executive-level training for their principals and senior managers. The workshops are run through Chubb Education's Agency and Broker’s Academy.
The training workshop is called Coaching the High Potential Millennial Producer. The 1-½ day workshop provides senior managers with the awareness, skills, and tools they need to coach their new Millennial Producers.
“There is a generation gap today in the insurance industry today between older managers and their younger Millennial Producers especially among independent Agents and Brokers,” says Warren Wright, EVP of LifeCourse Associates. “Our research shows that only 8% of Millennials think their company has an excellent mentorship program. The workshop is designed to close that generation gap and increase sales output.”
The workshop is facilitated by New Haven Consulting Group, a leading training and facilitation company with operations in 43 countries. Workshops have been scheduled starting in April.
