Reena Nadler, Program Director

Reena Nadler is a contributing author to Millennials in the Workplace by Neil Howe.  She has co-authored a number of reports and articles with Howe, most recently the white paper “Yes We Can: Millennials as a Political Generation,” published by the New America Foundation.  She is also a contributing author to Millennials in K-12 Schools (2008) and worked extensively on Millennials Go to College (2007).  Nadler is the Program Director at LifeCourse Associates, where she helps coordinate research, publications, and consulting across a broad range of topics, from education and workforce preparation to global generations and rhythms of history.  She speaks frequently on generations in education and the workplace at meetings and national conferences.  Nadler has a BA in Religion from Swarthmore College and studied abroad in France.  A first-wave Millennial herself, she brings a first-hand perspective to LifeCourse’s work on today’s rising generation.
