Wendy Gribb, Senior Workforce Consultant
Wendy has more than a decade of experience in research-based consulting on employee and customer engagement. Her passion is behavioral economics, employing both hard metrics and human psychology to effect change for client organizations. Before consulting with LifeCourse, Wendy was a Senior Consultant at Gallup. She has also served as Director of Research and Media Services for Ideaworks Consulting and Director of Research and Analysis for The Princeton Review. Wendy holds an M.A. from the University of California, Irvine, in Demographic and Social Analysis, and graduated cum laude from Harvard University with a B.A. in Economics.
Rosa de Koning, Executive Coach
Rosa de Koning is a certified Executive Coach, experienced in coaching individual senior executives and directors, improving leadership team effectiveness, and facilitating succession planning. She is certified through Georgetown University’s executive coaching program, and has more than ten years of experience in improving the effectiveness of leaders. Rosa received her Bachelor’s degree in general business from the Instituto Tecnologico de Zacatepec in Mexico, and a master’s degree in international business from Texas A&M International University.
Victoria Hays, Marketing and Events Director
Victoria joined LifeCourse in 2003. After 8 years at LifeCourse, she understands the critical needs of our company’s high-profile speakers and the requirements of major companies and associations who book our services. Victoria oversees LifeCourse’s efforts to establish strong relationships with prospective clients, and she represents and markets LifeCourse through social media, videos, and our web site.
Corena Howe, Operations Manager
Corena joined LifeCourse in 2010. In addition to managing book sales and customer relations, she is the liaison between our speakers and the client to makes sure that every event runs smoothly. Corena handles all of our speakers' logistics and provides a range of services from developing itineraries and scheduling conference calls to managing book purchases and arranging meet-and-greets.
Phil Longman, Executive Editor
Phillip Longman is responsible for LifeCourse publications. During a long career as an author, journalist, and policy analyst, he has written extensively on demographic issues and also on health care delivery system reform. His work has appeared in such publications as The Atlantic Monthly, Der Spiegel, The Financial Times, Foreign Affairs, Foreign Policy, Harvard Business Review and U.S. News & World Report, where he was deputy managing editor for business. Mr. Longman's public speaking includes addressees to PopTech, Fortune’s BrainStorm conference, the Japan Foundation, the National War College, the Ford Hall Forum, The BMW Foundation, and the Institute for Defense and Security Analysis (New Delhi).
Mr. Longman is a graduate of Oberlin College and of Columbia University’s Knight-Baghot fellowship program. He is also a fellow at the New America Foundation and an instructor at Johns Hopkins University.
Reena Nadler, Program Director
Reena Nadler is the Program Director at LifeCourse Associates, where she helps coordinate research, publications, and consulting across a broad range of topics, from education and workforce preparation to global generations and rhythms of history. She is a co-author or contributing author to many LifeCourse publications, including Millennials in the Workplace, Millennials Go to College, Millennials and K-12 Schools, and “Yes We Can: Millennials as a Political Generation.” She speaks frequently on generations in education and the workplace at meetings and national conferences. A first-wave Millennial herself, she brings a first-hand perspective to LifeCourse’s work on today’s rising generation.
Jennifer Shen, Research Associate
Jennifer joined LifeCourse in 2011. She is responsible for executing a broad spectrum of research tasks and works closely with the rest of the LifeCourse team on consulting projects, specializing in cross-generational media behavior. She helps locate, organize, and analyze relevant data to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
